Region
In addition to the seaport of Den Helder, the North-Holland-North region also offers:
- A modern, ILS-equipped full-facility airport for helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft (up to a weight of 20,000 kg). Every year, some 130,000 passengers pass through the check-in desks at Den Helder Airport. Since the start of 2004, business charter flights have also been orga-nised from the airport.
